“Noisy AC unit, short bed, room smelled bad.”

“There were 3 weddings in the area and they didn't have rooms ready at the 4 pm check in time for anybody. There was a lot of people and I came in first while everyone cut in front of me. They eventually had to put me in a King "Suite", so I could dress and get ready for the wedding. ”

“My stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely safe, welcomed, and cared for. The staff went above and beyond with genuine kindness not the scripted kind, but the kind that makes you feel like you matter. Every interaction was warm, respectful, and attentive. “There is about 1/4 inch gap in the door so you can see outside or inside. Each door had a glow from the sunset coming through. Also meant you could hear a lot going on. Soap in bathroom had been used and there was a cigarette burn on top toilet seat cover. Also had to fix the chain inside tank. in the lobby was gross. The only good thing was the staff”

“We were a little bit late checking out and the manager was very rude about it. Beating on the doors for people to check out with a very nasty attitude. Clearly if he is not a people's person he needs to find another job. PERIOD!!!!”

“The hotel’s location was very convenient to the customer I was visiting. The staff were all amazing; friendly, helpful, and full of great recommendations for food and places to check out. I didn’t have a chance to eat at the hotel, but the bar and restaurant area looked very nice. What I appreciated most, though, was that the pillows were labeled “soft” and “firm.” Every other hotel I’ve stayed at recently only had soft pillows, so having options was a small but much-appreciated touch.”
